    Dear Joumana, I wanted to find your secret for salad dressing, because you make the best one on the world bar none! I think it is one with vinegar, not lemon-

    I think you are probably referring to the one I use to make with rice vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil? just one part rice vinegar to 2 parts extra-virgin olive oil, plus some toom or 1/2 teaspoon of mashed garlic with a dash of salt, some black pepper. The other day, I added some fresh mashed ginger to the mix (1/2 teaspoon) and I loved the results too.
