Anyhow, this recipe is from an Egyptian friend. I will try next time to include the Lebanese version as well.</description>

		<description>Great Blog. It&#039;s strange though that you chop your mlokhiyyeh. My family never did that in Leb. I live in Egypt now and they do chop it here, but here was the first time I tasted it that way.
