Crêpes with halva sauce (Lezza’qiyate)

These crêpes are from  an ancient recipe  still being made in rural areas in Lebanon, according to Chef Ramzi’s Culinary Heritage of Lebanon (in Rashaya, Rmeish, Akkar and West Bekaa).
